RIAA gives up on Santangelo, still aiming for children

Our benevolent overlords at the RIAA have managed to dig deep and find just a tiny bit of Christmas Spirit, dropping the case against mom Patti Santangelo.

Ray Beckerman writes, "After more than a year and a half of litigation, the RIAA has sought to drop the case it brought against Patti Santangelo, Elektra v. Santangelo. Its motion papers ask that the dismissal be "without prejudice", which would mean that they could sue her again for the same thing"
Just in case you were under the impression the RIAA had been visited by the ghost of Christmas future, and thus had found a revolutionary change of heart, fear not.. They're still suing children. Patti Santangelo's kids are the target of RIAA litigation as well, and those case have not been dropped.

Want to do something about it? Reductive encourages you to print out these stickers, and remind last minute Christmas shoppers that "This Publisher Sues Children"
