A few of my favorite things
This commercial has me totally mesmerized, I've watched it at least 4 times today. One part beat boxing, six parts traditional Korean harp (which I can't find the name for, comment if you know), one part Pachelbel's Canon in D and one part Turntablism. Stir well and garnish with b-boy dance and fancy camera work.
I have no idea what this commercial is for (if you do, let us know!) but, I do know I'd lay down hard currency to hear more amazing classical/Asian/hip hop fusion like this. Any suggestions?

3. What's most noticeable to me is that you never see the faces of the dancers -- it's all about the musicians and the vocalist. Very not American, very cool.

4. The commercial is for http://www.daelimapt21.co.kr/
The clip is exceptionally long because it was for movie theater advertisement. B-Boys and traditional harp players are considered to be the outsiders of society, non-main stream. But their skills in what they do outstand. Daelim was relatively week branding compared to others like Samsung or Hyundai. I think they were trying to say that despite relatively unknown brand Daerim is the best in apartment construction. The response from the general public was so good that Daerim later made it into TV commercial as well. Perhaps too detailed info? ;)
5. What is the actual name of the song that is playing. It would be something that I could break to. Thanks

1. This is a music video for Last For One, a Korean B-Boy crew. The were the 2005 winners of Battle of the Year (or BOTY), an international break dancing competition.

The harps are most likely gayageum, a 12-stringed instrument similar to a zither. According to Wikipedia, some modern versions have been made with 21 strings, which you can see in one of the shots early on in the video.
