43. NEthworking is ripping people off only the early bird have a chance at grabbing the money but still you have to put 100% in it to succeed big. I know trust me on this i been in networking for a long time, and made due pay but not enough for my 350z. The company claiming that they aren't a pyramid scheme. Stupid... you make money, points are distributed to the higher level. You cant make money from saling the product you have to bring people in and ripped them off with fairytales of retirement and your and dream coming true.Nethworking make you ripped your freind off.. the rich get richer...the poor gets poorer.

44. My husband and I joined Burnlounge 4 weeks ago and have made $6000 with the help and blessing of God. This is a good Christian company. I have emailed the company with questions and have gotten quick answers. People who think this is a get rich quick scheme are people who are unable to see the "big picture" of concentric retail. This company is new and there is a great opportunity here if you are patient. GET EDUCATED about the business before you complain. My husband and I spend most of our Burnlounge time helping our down line. Maybe some of you that are complaining got on the wrong team with a poor sponser.

45. I "got in" in June 2006 and I signed two people and sold alot of music.... I am not even 1/4 of the way to recouping my initial investment! My Team was very aggressive in the first few months and then all-of-a-sudden NOTHING! Just found out, today, that 90% of our team has gotten a $300.00 refund! I must have missed that email..... I am looking into getting my refund and vow to NEVER drink koolaid ever again! Has anyone else heard about BurnLounge partially refunding moguls?

46. Burn Lounge Rocks!

With over 2 million sound tracks, it is one of the largest music catalogs in the world! The quality is high -- the downloads sound great! I purchased a store a month ago and have already earned $2,800+ with a part-time effort, so I would say the business model works great also! This company has great leadership team with a track record of success and I believe Burn Lounge will make sense to any business minded person that takes a serious look.

47. I think MLM companies have a bad wrap because of some individuals that don't market the product correctly. Many reps in different companies have done this. A company will give you tools to go out there and expand your business, but it's the reps responsibility to follow all the terms and condition a company offers. If people give MLM a chance then some people would view it differently. The business model works it has been proven over and over. The main questions to ask yourself are 1. Do I believe in the vision 2. Do I believe in the leadership. 3. Do I believe in the product. 4. Can I do this.

51. It really is a sad state of afaires that the people who like to sound like they know what it is all about, and literally look for things and people to tear apart? Just ashame, Shame on you who are ripping on my business! You are rude and have no idea the empowering instrumental value that a company (A First of its kind) Such as Burnlounge has to introduce.... Burnlounge opens stores and distrubutes products.Seems to work for Walmart, KFC, Burger King Taco Bell etc. In the not to distant future BL will undoubtedly be such a market force for distrubution they will offer a very competitive edge for those who are store owners and buyers. Itunes with its exclusive formatt has sealed its fate as with other apple based ventures. Viral growth is healthy and powerful(you tube!).BL puts people in the distribution seat and rewards their efforts.Just imagine the music if we all had a stake in legally downloaded material. The tune would sound something like this-My My Mrs American pie the music sounds so good when you do it right.

55. I make my living marketing music (and occasionally other stuff) online. I've been selling online since before the dot com bubble. Let's apply some reality to the BurnLounge business model, shall we?

Amazon, iTunes, and eMusic all have affiliate programs. Unlike BurnLounge, they cost nothing to join. Unlike BurnLounge, you can play the purchased music on your iPods. The music you buy from eMusic (Mp3s) or Amazon (cds) can be copied any way you like. You can move them from computer to computer, or to your cell phone or portable music player.

Let's do a little math.
You manage to send 10,000 people to your BurnLounge page (YAY!). Great job. Then the reality of internet conversion rates sinks in. The average conversion rate on Amazon (one of the highest rated online stores in the world) is about 4%. Unfortunately, BurnLounge doesn't work with as many browsers, and it only works if you have a specific version of Flash. There goes 30% of your audience.

Okay, how many are left? 7,000. Let's factor in trust, and the non-standard flash-based interface. Now I'm going to be very generous and assume that BurnLounge can manage a 1.5% conversion rate in spite of those design flaws (that's really good), and assume that the average customer transaction is $3 (about what it is on iTunes). That makes 105 sales of $3 each. Yay! That's $315!!! Okay, so BurnLounge members get what, $.05 per song. At $.99 per song, that's $15.59. Not bad for an hour's work, eh? Wait.

You have to get 10,000 people PER HOUR to look at your site to make a half-decent wage on a BurnLounge store? Hahahaha.. not looking so great anymore, and we haven't even discussed the membership fees.

Now let's look at eMusic. They pay you $6 per customer lead (free trial offer, where the customer downloads 25 songs risk free). The average referral rate with their good links amounts to about $20 per thousand visitors in your pocket X 10 = $200. Oh, and no fees whatsoever. No minimum buys. No quotas. No selling your Mom a mogul account.

This is a no-brainer, folks. And eMusic isn't even the biggest competition. Lest we forget, it's easy for ANY indie musician to sign up on CDBaby and get their music in tons of stores including iTunes and eMusic for less than $40, so the whole indie band sales-pitch is moot.

Sorry guys. When you run the real-world numbers, BurnLounge starts to look really, really bad.

First of all, Burnlounge is NOT a pyramid scheme.
A true pyramid is any US corporation wherein the CEO of the company makes all the profits and the employees from VP down to the average worker make less down the line.

Credibility: Second, this is not a scam. Would Nokia, Cadillac, All the major music artists, all the Major record labels, and many independent labels be part of Burnlounge if this were so. Rick Dees of the Top 40 was the first main investor. Priceline CEO is now on our board of directors. Would Shaq, Justin Timberlake, Elvis Presley Studios, Frank Senatra Studios, Dale Earnhart JR. all be part of Burnlounge. I would say ITUNES and Apple IPODs is more of a scam being they are monopolizing on the fact that you can ONLY use their songs for their products. Not to mention they are being sued at the moment for such. Also Capital records and many other labels get a large chunk of the sales. If say a Billy Joel or any artist album is purchased at Bestbuy, they ONLY receive 1.00-1.70 for that album. Is that fair? Where as with Burnlounge, that same artist would now make 5-7.00 per album. Is that a scheme? There only a small group of people in the entertainment industry that CONTROL what is played and released. There are MANY independent artists that sound much better than what is in the market today, yet some cannot afford to tour, produce cds etc, or even get a break from major record companies. BUT WITH BURNLOUNGE, at 0 cost, that same artist can burn 1 cd at home, mail to Burnlounge corporation. At that point, Burnlounge will license it, digitize it, and then sell on all of the current 50,000 stores worldwide instantly. And guess what, they now make the same 5.-7.00 an album. Cost again? 0.00.

Now add movies, tv shows, ringtones, dig books etc.

YOU TELL ME NOW. IS THIS A SCAM> I THINK NOT>

I am currently a business owner in Florida and have recently joined Burnlounge. I have already more than tripled my investment within the first few weeks. Does it work? YEs. Do you have to work it as in ANY business? YEs. The people who usually complain of not making any money, are usually the people who either do not understand the business model and concept or did not treat as a true business.
