It is somewhat of a rant as well but I prefer to find out as much information as I can about the material before I post and then try to formulate my own ideas. I am a HEAVY consumer of media and I couldn't sit back and let something that I love dearly just let it fade away.

4. Hi,
I appreciate your sentiments, but I think on your site you should start straight off by explaining to the Average Joe what DRM is, us technies know it's Digital Rights Management, but most people are not aware of this when they buy music from itunes or msn etc. One site I've seen and downloaded music from www.intomusic.co.uk actually has some very cool banners which animate the whole anti-drm thing as a selling point to customers.
