Unlike Suprnova and other high-profile Bit Torrent aggregators that crumbled under the first pressure from Hollywood's MPAA, Loki Torrent has deicded to continue operating and argue its right to do so. Probably hoping to leverage recent favorable judgments for file-sharing companies sued by the music industry, Loki Torrent is soliciting donations to cover legal expenses.

4. I think all of this illegal downloading should be stopped, because all the poor-old billionaires might lose a couple of euros. They work so hard and invest their money so well, help people out etc.
If you haven't realised, this is all complete bull sh!t. I download thousands of "illegal" mp3's, movies, programmes and games a day. So the RIAA, MPAA, FCC all can go to hell. I do what I like, I share what I like, you should be fighting terrorism or coping with undemocratic countries where people get killed (China, Vietnam, North Korea, Russia etc.)! My downloading doesn't kill any body, so back off!

7. I think that downloading is a good thing because like if something it THAT good people will buy it anyways its the bloody advertisement people that are making us loose interest. People don't follow the masses any more were each different so if anyone is to blame is the people trying to force us to buy things no one wants to waste money
who gives a care about the people with money, tell them to give it all to the people in their own countries they need it more than companies. I can understsand program downloading because yes it DOES take alot of time to program, I can do it and its alot of work and headache and the prorams they use are like 20 gig.
The fact that big compainies miss often is that is SO easy to burn a CD, copy one and create a DVD now a days. If you don't want them copied creat a way to make it harder and keep on top of it just don't crash a persons system its wrong and you have no right to do that.
Everything now a days is all hollywood where the hell do you think people are going to be fooled by pointless things. The war on terroism isn't justified and your reason for stopping downloads isn't either. And money is NOT THE ANSWER!!!! the worlds going to be destroyed by us, might as well enjoy it.
I give hope that loki torrent wins and that the world sees better (King Lear) "see better lear" as in your all blind and you cannot see the truth.
Fight for the rights!!
ps. the security on the online systems to trasfer of money are HORABLE!! thats why no one pays online to an unknown person its stupid

8. if the music/movie industry would price their goods affordably no-one would have 2 download cos we could all afford 2 buy what we want...id much rather have a big cd collection, but tbh its just 2 expensive.
GO LOKI !!
